Query: What is the most important thing I can do to be successful in the new position?

Note: This reading concerns a job I recently accepted as director of a community violence prevention program. I initially formulated the query as “Will I be successful in the new role”, but then realized I could take a more proactive approach by posing the above query. After casting the figures, it also occurred to me that I could treat this type of chart like a sigil (as defined in modern chaos magick), which could then be charged and/or employed in a talismanic fashion to engineer my success. Anyway, my interpretation of the chart is as follows:

The 6th figure representing the basic answer to the query is Puella (the inversion of Rubeus), perhaps suggesting that the most important thing I can do is foster harmonious relations between those involved, or somehow amplify the existing bonds that they share.
⠀⠀⠀The 1st figure representing me is Fortuna Major, an indication that inner resolve and a willingness to work through occasional adversities will also be necessary for success. The 3rd figure representing the job itself is Laetitia, which could be foretelling that the position will lead to an upward career advancement later down the line. Alternatively, Laetitia here might depict the gratifying nature of the work as I will experience it.
⠀⠀⠀The 4th figure (Fortuna Major) is accordant with the 6th based on their shared sub-element (fire), perhaps reinforcing my interpretation of the 1st, though suggesting more directly that patience and perseverance will be necessary for the task at hand. The 5th figure (Laetitia) is also accordant with the 6th based on their shared ruling element (water), which may be conveying that my enjoyment of the work will make the task a bit easier.
⠀⠀⠀The 2nd figure representing the main causal factor underlying or driving the entire situation is Populus, which, in this particular context, likely refers to the communities that I’ll be serving.
⠀⠀⠀Moreover, I noticed that half of the figures in the chart are ruled by the element of earth (Fortuna Major and Populus), while the others are ruled by water (Laetitia and Puella), which may or may not be relevant to the query.
⠀⠀⠀Lastly, and for future reference, the total number of points in this chart is 39 and the Ternion is Puella (1+5=2+6=3+4). These aspects of the chart do not yet have functions in this system and are open to interpretation.
